Family is my heart.

Here’s Samm in his marching band days. He is an amazing musician who inspires me. I hoped to inspire him when I wrote “What I Want Samm to Know” when he was just 4.

My brother Andy, who died in 2021, of pancreatic cancer. He was an avid biker and so much more!—it was easy to write a song about him (“Andy’s Song”).

My dad inspired me to play guitar and sing. Like Andy, he had a big heart. And I love singing my song about him called “Elephant Birds.”
